Annual Archdiocesan Catechetical Survey

This form is a yearly survey conducted by the Archdiocese of San Antonio to be submitted to the Vatican Secretariat of State in respect to the total number of catechists serving in the Archdiocese.

How many total catechists do you have?(Required)

A catechist is here defined as any lay person (not priest or deacon) who assists the pastor and his delegates in teaching and passing on the Catholic faith. Consider religious education, sacramental prep, youth and young adult ministry, confirmation prep, adult faith formation, liturgical formation, Christian Initiation (OCIA/RCIA), etc., together. Include both volunteer and paid persons who are responsible for teaching and passing on the faith.
